am having a reservation problem via the customer panel.
My clients don't have access to all the slots offered via the calendar.
For example: the calendar only offers one day with two slots (only Tuesday at 6:15 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.)
whereas in my current calendar there are places in other slots (Wednesday at 6:15 p.m. and 8 p.m.).
However, all Wednesdays are grayed out and it is impossible to select another day from the customer panel
(see in attachment)
I suppose there is a problem with locations ?
But I don't know what I need to modify so that all slots can be selected from the customer panel.
This should not be possible and we have never encountered this issue. Make sure that you are checking the time slot for the correct employee that has been chosen and not for all of the employees. Please send us a couple of screenshots of the settings and the issue so that we can take a closer and compare. You can also send us a short one minute video with screenshots if you wish.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
This is because they booked on locations Chapelle sur Erdre and now they can only reschedule on that location. For that reason they can not see Wednesday
Because on Wednesday you are working only on that location. So they can reschedule only for the locations that they have chosen in the first place. If they want to book a new appointment on a new location they need to cancel that one and on the front to book a new appointment.
