Since the last update, when the payment is made to schedule a meeting via Google Meet, the emails with the link for the video call are not sent, however the payment is made and the money is deducted from the bank account, before The update worked perfectly.
The problem was that when the plugin was updated, the Google accounts logged out, so the Google accounts had to be linked once again, however now we have another error, and that is that when the purchase is completed (which is done successfully since it accepts the payment and sends the meetings by email) it shows a 403 error instead of the successful purchase page.
The 403 error was from the hosting, however the Google problem reappeared, the accounts were disconnected and the error "unable to connect to google calendar" appeared.
Have you tried to reconnect the Google Calendar again? Are you seeing this error "unable to connect to Google Calendar" after you tried to reconnect? Usually, just a simple reconnect fixes the connection between Amelia and Google Calendar.
I have tried to connect dozens of times but the same error continues to persist, the system was working perfectly for months but after the last update it simply broke.
We really need a solution, we had to deliver this project yesterday and this error appeared out of nowhere right at the worst moment.
As you can see in the image the error is shown, and the Google button is in sign in since I have tried to connect many times.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
