Hello, I have a question considering the option "Bringing anyone with?". As a standard it is set to one person + the amount of people coming with.
I have a case where there is a children party and the total price will be charged for a child. So for example, if I have 5 children and 10 Euro pro person, I would like to have at the end on the payment section 5 x 10 Euro (without 1 extra person). Can I change this somehow?
One more question: can I hide the price amount appearing next to service? Since it is the price for a person and not for a service, it doesn't make any sense, to my mind.
Thanks in advance!
Margarita
Hello Margarita,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
When you enable the "Bringing anyone with you option" right below, you should see the option called "The price will multiply by the number of people". Enabling this will multiply the price based on the number of people. So, if the service price is 40 euros and you are bringing 4 people with you, the price will be 200 euros. So, the customer that is booking for himself and 4 additional people is a must, since he is booking an appointment and needs to provide the credentials and other information.
When it comes to the price, unfortunately, currently, there is no option to hide it, but please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
I hope it helps. Please, let us know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
