When booking a client in the back end from mobile phone browser, you have to physically scroll through client names. A lot of our clients contact us out of hours to book in for the same thing as last time, so we go to appts page, type the rough dates of when they had their last appt so we can duplicate the appt but you cannot type a clients name in, onoy manually scroll through the customer list and most of the time the client is not listed for some reason. Why is their no ability to type their name? Like on a desktop view
An example is Caroline close, had an appt in July or August and wants the same again but as you can see from the screen shot her name is not listed as an option although after manually scrolling through 2 months of appts I found her on 17th August at 4pm
Can we please display all of our clients and the ability to type in a name like the desktop as a large portion of our appts are booked in from a mobile phone
I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
There is no official "mobile phone" version of Amelia since Amelia is a plugin that has been made for WP environment only. Since you are actually accessing the "desktop" version but only using the phone browser, it should have the same functions that you see on the desktop, thus i doubt the issue is because there is no option to type the name.
We don't recommend using Amelia on mobile phones, but the best option would be to provide us the credentials so we can try reproducing this on mobile phone. This could be related to browser settings, as well.
Hi, it allows us to type into the category and the service area but doesnt allow us to type into the customer name area, we have tested this across multiple phone devices and all are having the same issue, unfortunately we cannot #not' use a mobile as we book clients in all day and sometimes this has to be done away from the desktop. Also, it does not display all customers (as you can see from the screen shot i previously attached)
Thanks for the credentials again. I was able to log in to your WP via mobile phone. When i go to the appointments in the backend to make a new appointment, i can type in the customer name, as well as the service and category. I'm sending over the video showcasing the mentioned - link
So, the functionality is working fine, and i've used the Google Chrome for this. No clue why it's not letting you type the customer name, but i guess this could be related to the browser settings.
We can also type the customer name, even when we are searching for the previous appointments. Would you be able to send a video showcasing the problem?
