We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I made a formula column, and when I saved changes, I can´t see any more the table (with a generic text of word press fatal error).
is there any way to modify (or delete) this formula directly on the database, so I can recover the table and the Query?
Thanks!
Hi Jose,
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

Unfortunately, the Formula Column does not get saved in the database, that is just stored in our Plugin's data as part of the DataTable,
but we will do our best to help you solve this issue, to see if there is a way to recover that table and remove the Formula Column.
If you can first send us remote Admin Access and access to your Database, so we will take a look and see what we can do?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens,
as well as FTP credentials
and access to the database ( either link with credentials for PHPmyAdmin, or access to Hosting Panel),
so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
And confirm what is that Table's ID, please.
Thanks.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

If that happens again, you can try to keep your Browser Developer Console open,
and keep the Network Tab of the Console open.
Then if the error happens, try to click in the red text of the error , i presume it is an error 500, right?
And try to see if it gives you anything in the "Preview" Tab of that error.
If it just says "critical error" without any added details,
then you can try to enable the WP_DEBUG on your Site, which should send error reports to your Admin Email.
You can check more details here how you can try to use the WP_DEBUG to try and isolate more details from critical errors thrown from the server.
I hope that might help.
It is difficult to say what it might be without any access and we are also not able to reproduce this issue on our end, but i hope this at least might help to guide you to try and debug it,
but of course we hope that it does not repeat after making new tables.
Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
