I need to change- not the "background" of the Event List, but the area the background the tickets are ON in the Event List, to clear- so that the tickets appear to be floating in a List together. And I need to shorten the List to maybe 6 Events long. Thanks.
For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.
We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience!

When I first posted, it was unclear on the forum whether making the ticket "Public" would open it only to community commenters and not to actual Support. So then I opened a second "Private" ticket in case it had gone down the wrong line. Now I can see the trail, but there was no explanation of that. Thanks for all your help though!
