Hi folks. I'm having trouble connecting my calendar to Amelia. I get to the Microsoft sign-on dialogue box, choose the correct login, verify my login credentials, and then am dumped back into WordPress.com without completing the connection. It's happened 3 times tonight. Help!
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what how the issue looks exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots? Or a short one minute video?
I captured a video showing you what's happening. If you notice something i need to do differently, please let me know. I'm stumped by this one. And I uploaded the wrong screen grab. I'll send the video as soon as it processes.
P.S. I used Firefox 118.0.1 for Mac to demonstrate the issue on the video. I also attempted to link Outlook using Chrome Version 117.09.5938.132 for Mac and got the same result.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
You need to redo the integration something was not set up properly. We created a new employee on your site and we wanted to try and connect it to our Outlook calendar and we got this error from them
unauthorized_client: The client does not exist or is not enabled for consumers. If you are the application developer, configure a new application through the App Registrations in the Azure Portal at https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2083908.
Since this is set outside of Amelia in your console there we can not know what the issue is and you will need to redo the integration and please make sure that you follow our documentation to the letter step by step. You can find it on this link https://wpamelia.com/configuring-outlook-calendar/.
Once you complete the integration properly there should be no issues but just in case please do let us know if everything is fine then.
