The system is now set up so that after the customers have entered their email in the booking process. If they then subsequently want to access customer panel access, they must press forgotten password and create a new one. Isn't there a smarter way, where the customer also creates a password in the first booking and possibly gets it sent in an email.
The method is confusing for the customer, it should be simple.
Yes, there is. You need to enable password option in role settings
and also create Amelia customer useroption. Then you need to place customer panel placeholder in notifications
And as soon after first booking the customer will get notification and when they click on the link they will the option to create password and then they will be able to log in.
Make sure that you are using the latest version of Amelia 6.7 so that plugin can function properly.

Hello Rasmus,
Yes, if a customer is not an Amelia customer they can not log in to the Amelia customer panel.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
