We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

You cannot book an appointment for 2 clients (for example 2 brothers) with the same email for the same service and for the same time.
It doesn't matter if you check the option in "role options" or not. If it is checked, the message is "Email already exists with different name. Please check your name" and if it is not, the message is "you have already booked this appointment".
A user is required to be able to make reservations for family members with the same email in case a second family member signs up for the activity at a time after the first member makes the reservation.

Thanks for reaching out to us.
Let me explain how this works. In the Roles settings, in the Customer tab, you have the option called Check customer's name for existing email when booking. Enabling this option will not allow the existing customer to create an appointment with the same email but using a different first and last name.
If this option is disabled, a customer can book two appointments with the same email as long as they are different time slots. If the customer wants to book two appointments for the same time slot, with the same email, unfortunately, this is not possible. This is due to the fact that you are trying to book an already existing appointment.
