Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Dear Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I recently engaged with Marko regarding a query I had on public ticket #3009180, and I appreciate his prompt and informative response.

In light of our conversation, I wanted to provide further context regarding our organization's unique situation. We are a community interest company specializing in creative after-school clubs for young people. While our primary users are young individuals, it's typically their parents or guardians who handle the booking process on their behalf.

Since transitioning to an appointment-based booking system, we've encountered a scenario where some parents have expressed a desire to enroll their second child in the same club after their first child's positive experience. However, due to the current system limitations, they face a hurdle in doing so.

Marko rightly pointed out that allowing customers to book multiple slots with the same email address might lead to accidental double bookings. We understand the concerns associated with this and value the robustness of our booking system.

That said, we believe there could be a tailored solution for cases like ours. Specifically, a feature that permits parents to book additional slots for their other children after their initial booking, ensuring each child's unique experience is accounted for.

Thank you for your time and consideration. We greatly appreciate your assistance in making our service as accessible and user-friendly as possible for our valued customers.

    Best Regards,

    Alex

    Hello Alex,

Thanks for reaching out to us and explaining in detail. I've briefly inspected the previous ticket where you had a conversation with my colleague Marko where he explained in detail everything related to double booking.

While for now, there is no particular workaround, we would recommend suggesting this as a feature. Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page,  to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

Certainly, if you have any other questions, feel free to ask, we would kindly help.

    Kind Regards,

    Stefan Petrov
