As for WhatsApp this is set outside of Amelia so you need to set this integration on your own. We can confirm that integration with WhatApp is working but somethisng is not set up properly. Please try redo it and follow our documentation that you can find on this link https://wpamelia.com/whatsapp-notifications/. Please make sure that you follow it to the letter and that you set each step properly and if you run into some errors you can take a screenshot and send it to us so that we can take a closer look.
For notifications inside Amelia we can take a look and try to help.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
You use this third-party plugin, which is WP mail when you do not use SMTP from Google or Outlook, in that case, we cannot check why you have any issues with notifications. In this case, because you use WP mail, you need to contact their support team so that they can check what exactly the issue is on their end. We cannot perform any checks because the notifications are not set in Amelia but in the WP mail plugin.
Once the check this and set everything up for you all should be fine.
Well, what you say is not totally true, because if you do the tests, the other notifications arrive correctly from Amelia... The only one that does not arrive with the configured text is the APPOINTMENT APPROVED one.
Then the other notifications would not arrive correctly.
The Amelia plugin has already been updated but we still have the same problem that the APPOINTMENT notifications do not arrive with the previously configured text.
It should be noted that the other notifications that arrive to the client's email arrive perfectly with the previously configured text.
We have found the issue. Issue here was that you have added Spanish to Amelia and you should have added this since Amelia is automatically translated to a language that was set in your WordPress.
By adding this you set Amelia as a second language and you added this in in Amelia notifications also.
But your templates for general and for Spanish language were different. We have now set them to be the same and now all should be fine.
