Hey everyone!

With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:

After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Warm regards and happy holidays!

Mobile view of table keeps breaking

The view of the table keeps breaking on the front end. If we log into the page and save it, it fixes it temporarily, but after a few hours it breaks again.

    Hi Mikki,

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

I am not able to see this page if i visit the related URL :

Can you check if the Site might be down or anything like that,

can you access it from your end?

Or did you perhaps change the URL of that page?

    -

Can you check if the Table looks good at the back-end,

and this issue just happens on the front-end?

Does this issue happen just to non-logged users who visit the Page,

but when you are logged in, it looks fine?

    If that is the case, then you either have some security issue on site, which prevents non logged users from properly seeing the content;

or it could be a caching issue.

Can you tell me what is this Table type?

If it is a server-side table, such as a Manual Table or an SQL Query based Table with server-side processing,

these tables currently have an issue if you got Caching enabled on the same Page with a Table.

    If that is the case,

For the Manual Tables, it is not possible to disable server-side processing,

but you can make a new SQL Query based table from the same data which is stored in a Manual Table,

by checking the MySQL Table name inside the Editing settings,

then make an SQL Query like :  SELECT * FROM TableName.  ( of course, you can change the Query if you just wish to pull specific columns only)

For any SQL Query based Table which has less than 2 thousand rows, you will be able to toggle server-side processing in the Data Source settings.

Our developers are intensively working to resolve this issue, as soon as possible. I can't say an ETA on it, unfortunately.

    You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like ( it is also available in the plugin dashboard), where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;

and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

For the time being, the only solution will be either to disable caching only for pages where you have the tables, or perhaps disable caching entirely, if possible.

Most caching Plugins have the option to add URL's that will be excluded, so if possible, see if you can add the Pages with tables there, and that should solve it for now.

Or you can try disabling server-side processing in your Table.

Let me know if that helps.

If not, we can take a remote look, but if you can confirm the URL and send me Administrator credentials so that we can view the Back-End as well.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Kind Regards,
