Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

I am getting this error message anytime I install a new Plugin or I select the Plugins section from the Admin area.

Hello Mark,
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

I replied to your Private ticket, but we will send it here, as well.
We fixed that issue in this version.
Let us know how it goes, it should be fixed now.
Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hello the the next version is not appearing on the plugins list.
I have received other update notifications for plugins, but not for WPDatatables, the only version there is is the 5.8.1 I believe and not the next one.
Hello Mark,
To begin, I want to extend my heartfelt apologies for the delayed reply,
which is due to an unexpectedly high volume of inquiries.
We truly value your patience during this period.
I responded on your other, private ticket - and sent you the latest installation copy there.
But i will also advise on all the methods how you can Update the Plugin for the future :
If you activated the purchase code in Amelia Settings/Activation, or in wpDataTables Settings/Activation, the update should be offered in the Plugins section. On some WordPress installations, you need to deactivate the plugin first in order to see the update offered, so please try that.
If that doesn't work, try going through Dashboard/Updates. See if you can update the plugin through there, and if that doesn't work either, you can follow the manual update procedures in the following Article :
Updating the plugin to the latest version
For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic,
as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already)
or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.
We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue; it will not speed anything up.
We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience.
If you have any questions or concerns about another topic, please open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help you.
Thank you for your understanding.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
