    Hello.

    I am very disappointed with the service and support, ease of building the booking form.

    It is not a straightforward system with having separate locations needing to be placed on individual employees and the fact that some of my services are only available at one location and i can not create separate options. 

    I bought this on July 10th it is now 26th of Sept and i still don't have an available booking form on my website or resolution to my issues. 

     Basically paying for 3months and loss of my time with this system, waiting weeks at a time for a response for someone who does not understand what help i am asking for. 

    At this point I am frustrated to walk away, losing money and having to learn how to implement a new booking system with one of your competitors. 

    What are my options moving forward?? How are you improving your support? can I request a refund? 

    you are not providing the services you advertised.

    I wish that you would at least attempt to solve my issue within Amelia, since i have spent so much time and effort here!!!!

    I did a lot of reading yesterday and I could potentially solve the issue with the new RESOURCES IN RECENT UPDATE

    I AM 1 EMPLOYEE

    I OFFER APPOINTMENTS 

    LOCATION 1 ---- IN PERSON

    LOCATION 2 ----- ONLINE (ZOOM CALL)


    service X, I ONLY OFFER AT LOCATION 1


    I NEED for service X to NOT show as multiple locations on Catalogue. as it does under 1 employee.


    I NEED for the CALANDER to show UNAVAILABILTY for TIMESLOT when ANY service is booked regardless of location or employee. 


    I tried CONFIGURING 2 employees SEPERATE SERVICES as advised.... didn't work, time SLOT still available AFTER BOOKING 1 SERVICE. 

    IF THIS CAN BE DONE ON NEW RESOURCE UPDATE. I AM REQUESTING A FREE UPDATE TO PRO FOR THE MASSIVE INCONVENIENCE OF 3 MONTHS OF LOSS AS FAR..

    IF YOU CAN NOT GIVE ME A SOLUTION I WILL TAKE THE REFUND!

    Hello Shelana,

    Thank you for clearing that up.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Hello Shelana,

    That is fine, I understand.

    Unfortunately, when the refund is processed, you will still be able to use Amelia on your website, but you will not have premium support or ability to update the plugin to the latest version.

    Please let me know if the admin access is possible, as I will take a look on the back-end for a few minutes and have this resolved for you.
