Hi, this isn't a bug but rather a feature I was hoping could be implemented in a future update: I've found that my customers get confused when choosing to book for more than one person for a Service. If there are 4 people in their party, for example, they often choose 4 ADDITIONAL people, since they are looking for that number from the pull-down menu (see screenshot 1). But of course this books 5 people total. Then I often have to go in a reimburse for the extra payment, which leads to paying excess fees and more work in general.
Consequently, the Events section of the plugin works just like this. The customer chooses directly how many people TOTAL that they are booking for, which leads to less confusion overall (see screenshot 2). Would there be a way to implement this style of booking for the Services as well? Thanks so much!
That is a good suggestion. Sometimes people can be confused, sometimes they dont even read it properly.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
As a workaround, i would suggest changing the label of that step to explain a bit more to the customer what that option actually does (in the Customize / Step by Step 2.0)
