But since they already won that you need to send them this manually outside of Amelia. 

We don't have gift vouchers but we have an option for creating discount codes. These codes can be set and sent automatically in our notifications after the customer schedules X number of appointments or you can give on some other way to your customers. More about our coupons you can read here (below the "Payments" part).
