We set up our site to use Amelia's WooCommerce integration for payment so that we could use the Square payment gateway instead of Stripe. To our surprise, this disabled all of Amelia's email Notifications from sending! Instead, only the WooCommerce order confirmation emails are sent out. If we disable the WooCommerce payment integration, then Amelia's Notifications resume sending without a problem. We would really like to enable Amelia Notifications. Is this something that we can do despite needing to run payments through WooCommerce?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

since this is the case only when the WooCommerce service is enabled, and not when Amelia is stand-alone, you will have to reach out to WooCommerce support and they will be able to assist you with this.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Hello Denny, I am so sorry but I do not know what specific change we made that fixed the issue! I thought it might have been the upgrade to the latest version of Amelia but I'm not sure. I set up a dev site with just Amelia and WooCommerce with the simplest integration possible and everything worked fine with both Amelia and WooCommerce notifications. So I figured that it might be some specific setting or plugin that we had installed on our site. So I started adjusting settings and then realized it was working. Then I tried adjusting the settings back to find out what the problem was and I couldn't get the issue to re-occur. So I don't know exactly why it wasn't working for us originally. I'm sorry.
Denny, actually as I mentioned "since this is the case only when the WooCommerce service is enabled, and not when Amelia is stand-alone, you will have to reach out to WooCommerce support and they will be able to assist you with this.", this is out of our scope and as such, I can't tell what the exact issue was and how it was resolved.
Make sure that you run the latest versions of both plugins.
