We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi, I would like to connect to my booking data through eg. looker. How do i do that?
Hello Namika,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
We are not too familiar with "Looker", unfortunately, there is no official integration with this platform. When it comes to integration, Amelia has a feature called WebHooks. This setting allows you to set several hooks that will send data from the Amelia plugin to any other application. It is good to use this option if you want to send, for example, customer data to some CRM platform.
You can find more information on this link - Amelia WebHooks
In light of this, we encourage you to kindly consider submitting this valuable suggestion as a feature request through the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/. The prioritization of feature development is greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received. By participating and expressing your support, you contribute significantly to the potential expedited implementation of this feature.
Please, feel free to ask any other questions, if any.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

hi Stefan, whn connecting to my hosting account i can see the tables where all the booking data-points are stored.
Where i am struggling now is on HOW to connect to these tables witj any sort of BI tool eg. tableau/looker studio/etc.
any suggestion?
Hello Namika,
Sorry for the late reply. The most commonly used tool to manipulate the database is phpmyAdmin. This is useful if you have to edit/add /remove something from the database, for example, users.
Other than that, you can use the WebHooks to set up the hooks, which will send data from the Amelia plugin to any other application.
I hope it helps. Please, let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
