my client has a store and she is the only employer.
So she has admin-status and also employer-status but can't manually create an appointment before or after the opening hours.
I have Admin status only and can do that cause i checked the option, that admins are allowed to do that, so why not here with additional admin status
So i testet Plugin User Role Editor and removed first added Amelia Manager Status to her, then removed both Amelia statues and left only admin. But she still can't Create an appointment in the off-hours.
What can we do, this is very important cause offering manual appointments beside the hours is like a standard for her.
Additional Question: Why is a manual created appointment not confirmed out of the box? It is still open until in confirm it in a second step... Did i miss the option here? For visitors this behavior should stay as ist is of course. Just for internal, manually adding appointments.
Please note - it is not recommended to mix users and roles, so please do not assign any additional user roles to Administrator accounts. Also, we do not recommend adding multiple user roles of Amelia to a single user (Amelia Manager and Amelia Employee, for example). Roles have their own capabilities and if you combine them, the plugin will run into a conflict it can't resolve (a paradox, so to speak).
thanks for pointing me to that. My Client was admin before and is also the only existing "employer", so it didn't made sense to me to create a new user and als far as i remember it was possible to assign the employer status to the existing admin-account, so i did it.
I used The user role Plugin to remove the Amelia-Status form Admin, but it seemed to be not the enough.I had to delete the Admin account and recreate it, and then it was possible to create an appointment in the off-hours. :)
Some additional notes/questions:
I saw in the feature requests, that there is a need to give the ability to book off hours to a customer. In my case, my client would like to just enter the backend as employer, but he has to use Admin for only that function... is there an ETA for that?
We also use no prices for appointments (selling wedding dresses) so there is no need for prices. Cause the dashboard is very price centered it doesn't make sense. Additionally i would like to see a general "price on/off"-switch in Amelia.
Is there a possibility to set the month state in calendar as standard. At the moment it's always Week.
Lat mention: I see the WP Tables Ad all the time in Amelia. As a user who paid for the full version i'd like to have the possibility to hide that ad. Males Amelia looks like a free plugin. Did i missed the option which already hides these ads?
Thank you for reaching back out to me and for the update on this.
1. Unfortunately, we do not have any ETA on when this will be implemented, but we do have a plan to implement it.
2. 3. Unfortunately, there are currently no such options with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.
4. Please use the following CSS for this purpose and let me know if it works or not:

Hi Uroš,
thanks for your response, i have upvoted some alredy existing ideas.
doesn't work, cause it seems, that the style.css isn't loaded inside the backend.
Best regards,
Torsten
Hello Torsten,
Thank you for the update on this.
For this purpose, you can use the following plugin to add CSS to the admin dashboard on the back-end.
Please let me know if that works for you.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi Uroš,
thanks, that worked now.
But i still would welcome a native option to just remove it by clicking a closing button or some similar function.
Best regards
Torsten
Hello Torsten,
Thank you for your suggestion, we will have this added to our plugin as an option.
