    Hi,

    I am setting up WhatsApp integration. I'm up to a step where it requires me to unlink my existing WhatsApp Business number (the app). However, if I do that, how will I reply to my clients if they send me a message? Or is that just not possible?  

    Or is the purpose of this integration, purely to send Amelia notifications. And in doing so, I will never be able to send a message back and forth with a client who has questions about the service. Is that correct?

    So essentially WhatsApp Integration to Amelia, removes two way conversations with my clients.

    Is that correct?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Yes, that is correct. Please use the new number for Amelia's WhatsApp since this will block that number for any other uses. This is how integration must work at this time.

    So this is only used to send notifications to your customers and if you want them to be able to reply to you, you can write something like this in your notifications 

    If you have any questions you can reply to this 00635464 number. There is no other way at this time.
