Hi. I have installed Amelia plugin on https://doinaiosif.ro/ website and i need support with a few things that i can't figure them out.
1. After i make an appointment as client, i receive the confirmation mail containing the next information: the date, the hour, the service that i paid for and the person's name who will hold the class, but i don't receive the password which i have to use it to login in my client account where i can change my appointment or delete it. 2. The second issue where i need your help is about the events calendar. Is there any possibility to create something like this using the events calendar shordcodes? I have tried to build something by my own, but i couldn't recreate it exactly like in the example from the screenshot. I will attach a screenshot with the calendar that i wanna do and i will put also the site url with the page if it helps - https://www.vivasportclub.ro/program/

You need to enable the password feature in the rolled setting and then you need to add customer panel placeholder in notifications and the first time they book and when they click on the link they will be redirected to a panel and then they will see the option to create a password for a panel

Can you also help me with the first issue, the one with the password? I don't understand how the password is generated for clients who fill the appointment form so they can login in the user cpanel and have access to reschedule or delete an appointment. I can attach a screenshot with the confirmation mail that i have received after making an appointment if it helps.

You place customer panel shortcode on to a page. You need to enable the password feature in the rolle settings.

I have tested again the notifications and still not working to set up a password. I have copied the cpanel placeholder in the approved appointment email template and after i made a few appointments and clicked the user cpanel link, it redirects me to a cpanel where i have to login with user and password, but i don't have the password. It should redirect me to a panel where i can sign up and set a password, but this thing is not happening. The panel has the option to reset the password if i forgot it, but i don't have a chosen and forgotten password which i need to reset it.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We now have a new version of Amelia 6.7. When the plugin is not up to date it can have all sorts of issues you need to update to the latest version of the plugin so that we can try to help you.
When it comes to the old version of the plugin, we can not know exactly what the issue is because it is already an outdated version that is not maintained.
Please update to the latest version and let us know has that resolved the issue.
You can download Amelia from your profile in our store.
We are sending you a short instruction on how to update Amelia to the latest version.
Go to Amelia Settings/Activation, and make sure that the "Delete Amelia content" slider is disabled.
Then, go to your Plugins section and deactivate the plugin. If you're using WordPress 5.8+, you'll be able to go to the Plugins section/Add New, and upload the file you previously downloaded.
When you upload the file, WordPress will inform you that you're replacing the plugin with the new version, so just confirm that. After the plugin is installed, activate it, and make sure to purge all cache from your website.
There is an issue about the update to the newest version of Amelia. The developer who worked previously for my client bought the premium version of Amelia using his credentials and credit card and now he doesn't want to share the email and password to the marketing agency who hired me.
Is there any way that the update of the plugin be done automatically or other way without having the email address and the password from the other developer?
I have updated the Amelia plugin to the latest version and made another test, but still not working. The booking approved email that i receive is not looking like in the template from settings. I don't receive the cpanel user link even if in the template it is.
I am using different credentials for appointment test than the ones that i have for the Wordpress admin.
Can you try to make a test using the credentials that you have from me and tell me if it's working?
The issue was that your WordPress was already in Romanian and you added Romanian to Amelia, which was not necessary because Amelia was automatically translated into Romanian and when you added that language again, Amelia then saved it as a second language, not the primary one.
We have now copied each template and saved your notification so that it is the same in Romanian and now everything should be fine.

We understand and respect every decision, but we want to note that this was not an issue with Amelia in both cases. The first issue was human error, notifications for the customer panel were not enabled.
If any option or option is not enabled, then of course it will not work. As for the backend access, it is a mail that comes directly from WordPress for every new user, regardless of which plugin is used.

I have tested again the notifications and still not working to set up a password. We now have a new version of Amelia 6.7. When the plugin is not up to date it can have all sorts of issues you need to update to the latest version of the plugin so that we can try to help you.

There are two types of mails being sent to a customer. One from Amelia for a customer panel and other from WordPress for a back end log in.
That's WordPress' default email for every new user. I don't know if you can disable it through WordPress settings, but I do know that you can do it with this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/manage-notification-emails/
Just disable the option “New user notification to the user” and you’ll be good.
Oh and btw in case you wanna know where the code is, you might wanna open up this file: wp-includes/pluggable.php Line number: 1989
So when you disable this through the 3rd party plugin, your customers will only receive notifications from Amelia, without the following email:
"Username: ———
To set your password, visit the following address"
