Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
In the last versions of Amelia the data items Appointment Bookings 0 Customer Country Code Iso and Bookings 0 Customer Country Code Iso are not updated anymore. When a customer books an appointment the iso country code is standard set to the country code beloning to the IP address I assume. When I login at the UK the +44 code is automatically shown. When I login in NL +31 is automatically displayed. When the customer just enters their phone number the phone number is updated in Bookings 0 Customer Phone but the Country Code Iso isn't. This particular field Appointment Bookings 0 Customer Country Code Iso and/or Bookings 0 Customer Country Code Iso we use via a Zapier webhook into a Order Management System to determine parcel shipping costs to the right country. So for now this info needs to be added manually at the actual appointment itself which causes extra delay in our process. Can you please correct this issue and get both fields filled with the Country Code Iso?

Hello Maarten,
I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
I see now, thanks for the explanation. I will make sure that I forward this to developers so they can add this to a list of features/fixes to be implemented in future versions. Unfortunately, i can't promise an ETA at this moment, but be sure to follow our changelog page to keep up with the updates.
Feel free to ask any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hello Marteen,
Sorry for the late reply. I've just got the feedback regarding this case. We have additional questions. Please, see below
If a user books with an already existing email, the country phone iso will be the one from the database. Are you booking with a new user? The default code is based on the IP address if in the settings you left "Identify country code by user's IP address" on.
Do you mean that a customer changes this default to a different code, but the default is still sent?
Thanks. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
