Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

    Hope you are having a good day.

    Here are my 2 questions :


    1- I would like to know if you could provide me a tutorial or explain to me how I can play around the Customize Fields Section. When I do a change, it falls in the Customer Information section. Is there a way for me to customize another section?

    2- I would like to know if I can add an extra only once for a recurring service. 

    For example : Tom buys cleaning for 2 weeks in a row and puts an extra for the inside fridge cleaning. Currently Tom gets charged twice for the fridge cleaning. However Tom only wanted the inside fridge cleaning for the 1st week.

    How can I work around that?

Is there a way for me to customize another section? - No, unfortunately, custom fields can only be added to information section no where else at this time.

    2- I would like to know if I can add an extra only once for a recurring service.

However, Tom only wanted the inside fridge cleaning for the 1st week. - This also is not possible I'm afraid. Since this is a recurring appointment this is the same appointment that is being repeated and each time the same setting will apply so extras will be always added. There is no workaround for this this is how Amelia is designed.
