My client can pay with e-transfer or pay on-site (As well as credit card).
I want everyone to receive the notification as soon as an order is created (in pending mode). The only way now that client receives a notification is when I move the order from pending to padi.
I meant when using Woocommerce, the customer only receive a notice when the transaction is completed, which is problematic when people pay on site for example, as they don't receive a notification.
Would there be a way to send that notification as soon as the Woocommerce transaction is done? (with or without payment)
What I mean is that, using Amelia for a event registration, Amelia will only send its notification when the Woocommerce transaction is completed. I would like to send Amelia notification as soon as the user register to the event, whatever happens on Woocommerce. Is that possible to change the trigger of when Amelia send its email notification? It's programmed now to only send the notification when the transaction in Woocommerce is marked as completed, but Amelia should be able to send notification as soon as an order has been created.
I understand that I might need extra code to do that, which I would be comfortable doing.
Amelia should send notifications as soon as the event is booked or canceled.
If that does not occur, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Thanks! I realized that the email were not firing up at all.
I use mailgun plugin in Wordpress as well as using the mailgun setting in Amelia.
That created an error, I've disable the mailgun setting in Amelia and now the notification are working.
Note that the notification are still sent trough MailGun, using the wordpress plugin for it. I need to use the mailgun plugin as I also want woocommerce to use mailgun (and my wordpress site) when sending email.

Hello Geoffroy,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
In Amelia, the customers can receive a notification based on the appointment status, whether it is pending, approved, or canceled...
Hope this helps you.
Please let me now if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hello Geoffroy,
As that is a WooCommerce functionality, we do not have control over that.
Can you please reach out to their support and they will be able to assist you with this?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
