In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I used to be very happy with Amelia and recommended it.
These days something has changed in the way Amelia Support behaves.
Seems like nobody cares if I can't use the Amelia plugin or not...
I have been using it for 4 years, the first 3 paid annually, and for the last one I got an LTD from Appsumo.
What I feel like is that is some kind of interior rule that left the Lifetime Deal customers at the end of priority in Support.
My question is: If that is the strategy, what was the reason to give LIFETIME OF SUPPORT INCLUDED?
I made a fatal error, I offered you from the first email a staging site and login details, and 1 week later nothing happened.
Not even an email to say we are working on it and will be back with a solution in 24 hours or any time suits you...
So after 1 week I still can't book appointments for my customers, and I have to send notifications manually, without knowing what is happening and if someone will ever respond or not to my ticket...
If it exceeds the knowledge of Amelia developers and the error can't be solved, at least please be honest and tell me so I can switch to another booking plugin and not give my clients the embarrassing experience of trying to pay for a booking and being stuck with an ugly fatal error.

I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
I can see that you already have an open ticket regarding Amelia's functionality. Our apologies for the long wait. We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, but sometimes issues require troubleshooting and that takes time.
My colleague is already working on troubleshooting the case, and you should receive the answer as soon as possible.
