Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
Hi there. I am setting up Amelia booking form for our new designed website and currently testing in a testing web page in our live website. In Booking Form 2.0, after the first step (Service selection), when select date and time or enter patient details, the information entered (such as service, location, practitioner, date and time) are shown in the sidebar, not on the top of the current step (as in Booking Form 1.0). When viewed in a mobile phone, the sidebar is invisible, so patients won't be able to these details selected previously. How can we get these booking details visible in mobile phones so patients can view that and ensure what they selected is all correct before submit their booking request? In Booking form 1.0 these details showing in each step. When can booking form 2.0 have the same functionality? Thank you!
Hello Zengfu,
Thanks for reaching out to us. I will forward this case to the developers so they can see if there is a workaround. Meanwhile, you can use the booking form 1.0, if that's possible.
I will report back as soon as I have feedback.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hello Zengfu,
Just a feedback. Currently, there is no option to show the summary in the Booking Form 2.0 on mobile. This will be added in a future version, but there is no ETA at this moment.
Please, feel free to ask any other questions, if any.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Stefan. Thank you for your reply. Can we customize Amelia Booking Form 2.0 to submit/confirm the booking at the final step "Congratulations" instead of at the step "Payment Summary"? By default (currently), the booking selections/details are listed in the final "Congratulations" step. But at this step, the booking is finalized and email notification is sent at the previous step "Payment Summary". If a patient sees anything incorrect in the list of selections he/she wouldn't have a chance to change/amend at this step "Congratulations". It would be reasonable and helpful to finalize/confirm booking at the final "Congratulations" step so that user can check their selections before click the button to make the booking. This should be easy to implement. Or can we get user to see the list of their selections at the "Payment Summary" step before user click the continue button to make the booking? Thank you!.
Hello Zengfu,
We understand the need to show the Payment summary in the "Congratulations" page where a customer would click to accept, but, unfortunately, there is no option for that. Amelia is hard coded with the booking process, where a customer chooses everything prior to the last step "Congratulations".
