I have strange problem regarding a client's google calender and Amelia.
So we have linked the 2, but im noticing that slots which are blocked in the calendar arranged by the client reflect on the Amelia calender. But when the client has a google calendar block where another person has invited them, this is not reflected on the Amelia calender.
Does that make sense?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Events from Google Calendar will not be displayed in Amelia but busy events from Google Calendar will block time slots in Amelia. For that purpose, please make sure that the "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" option is enabled on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar page. Also, you can increase the "Maximum Number Of Events Returned" option as well.
