I run Amelia on two separate sites and it's great. I am running into a problem where I get double booked because the two sites can't keep track of each other's availability.
Is there a way to integrate two or more instances of Amelia so that Employees are made unavailable if already booked at the other instance?
For that purpose, you could configure Google Calendar on both websites and assign employees to the same Google Calendar and enable the "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" option on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar page.
For that purpose, please make sure that the "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" option is enabled on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar page. Also, you can increase the "Maximum Number Of Events Returned" option as well.

Hello Peter,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
For that purpose, you could configure Google Calendar on both websites and assign employees to the same Google Calendar and enable the "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" option on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar page.
Pleas let me know if that works for you.
Looking forward to your reply.

Oh! That helps immensely. I had not noticed the option.
Okay, great.
Thank you,
