Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
Hi,
I just created events in Amelia
See attached graphs, there is nothing displayed, how can I display them?
And also how to delete events in the back-end?
Thanks

Hello Maniquant,
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here because this ticket is private and nobody can see them except us.
Regarding deleting the event, you need to cancel an event first, then you will have the option to delete it.
Thanks. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

I am having this exact issue. None of the events were showing, so I reserved a seat under a free event. That event suddenly appeared on the backend. I can not do that for all the events because I will have to make a payments. At this moment, I can not add, modify, or delete events because I can not see them on the backend.

Hello Audrey,
I can see that you've already opened a new ticket regarding this case and my colleague is already working on it. He asked for the credentials there so he could log in and take a look.
Please, respond to that ticket, so he can continue to work on troubleshooting.
