I suppose that the SMS option has been properly configured, but I recommend checking out our documentation regarding the SMS feature in Amelia.

Regarding the Queued status:

The SMS often has a status queued but is actually sent. 

The status of the SMS is not refreshed automatically. 

As for the status queue, we will work on it in the future, but we can't say an exact ETA on it.

If this is not the case, please provide more details regarding the SMS problem so we can provide better troubleshooting.
