My apologies, you also need to set up the "Successful Cancellation Redirect URL" and "Unsuccessful Cancellation Redirect URL" fields on the Amelia/Settings/Notifications page.

- Is it up to me to create a cancellation page?
-Or has Amélia already planned a cancellation page?
Also, and this is my biggest question. How will clicking on a link in the email automatically delete an appointment in our appointment calendar?

Yes, you will need to create the redirect pages where the customers will be redirected once the appointment has been canceled.
The cancelation will be done automatically form the Amelia plugin once the link is clicked.
