I've observed that my staff keeps receiving multiple pending appointment requests until they confirm one of them. I'm interested in finding out if there's a way to prevent these extra pending appointments, so my staff only receives one appointment request at a time for each time slot. It seems that this issue occurs specifically when the same service is requested. In contrast, when different services are requested, the time slot is properly blocked out for those other services.

Hello Alexander,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
For that purpose, you will have to disable the "Allow booking above maximum capacity" option on the Amelia/Settings/Appointments.
Please let me know if that works for you.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
