Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

1. If i make just a simple URL for any files, such as a link for PDF files in a Column, and have that "link show as a button",

i am able to edit anything in that cell and there is no error.

We do not have to remove the <button></button> and it Saves our Change without errors,

and at the moment we don't have a way to remove that from not showing, because our String and URL cells render Custom HTML like this.

2. I can see you have some parameter in your URL in that cell with the question mark,

such as https://someWebsite/somePage/?parameter=value,

but even if i try that  - i am still unable to get any error with saving editing,

and it does not make any double tags.

You can download my Video here that shows how i am able to edit values such as these without errors or double tags,

so this is not a bug.

Is it possible if you could record a Video to show us how this issue happens on your site?

If the video is too large for the ticket, just upload to WeTransfer and you can send us a download link.

Thank you for that video, it does show some details that i would not expect to happen when editing like that.

I can't seem to reproduce the issue with our Tables,

so can we please take a closer look from your back-end configuration ?

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just ensure to send them as a PRIVATE reply, then nobody can see them except us.

And point me to this Table ID, please.

My sincere apologies for following up on this just now.

I checked the ticket you sent, the # 3423278 , but that one is about Pop Up from Master Details,

and this case is about the table adding some duplicate HTML tags in the Column.

We tried but still unable to reproduce this issue that Mirco sent in the Video,

so we would need to access the back-end of the Table and investigate remotely.

If you need us to do that, Mirko, please send us the Access as requested,

and we will do our best to try and copy your setup to try to replicate it again and to isolate the issue.
