Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

Hi there. At the first step of the booking process, after a patient has selected a service, a location/clinic and a practitioner, if he wants to change the selected location/clinic to another location/clinic, Amelia does not allow to proceed. The drop-down box only show the selected one. The patient has to delete the practitioner selected before the other clinic can be shown. Is there a way to make the Location drop-down box refresh and show all locations? This is important to us as patients may get stuck if they can't proceed during the booking process. Please help. Thank you!

My question is: How to get the dropdown boxes below the dropdown box in which a selection changed reset/refresh automatically? For example, in the Service Selection Step there are 3 selections in the order:  Service, Location and Practitioner. After a patient selected a service, a location and a practitioner, he/she may want to change Location. So he/she can click the Location dropdown box to clear the selection first and then click at the dropdown to select another location. However, when the selected Location was cleared, the dropdown box Practitioner below is not refreshed/reset/cleared automatically but keeps the selection. Therefore, if the selected practitioner is not working in another location, that location won't appear to select when click at the location dropdown box.

In our website, suppose a patient select Acupuncture in Service dropdown box, Perth Clinic in Location dropdown box, and Rebecca Can Guo in Practitioner dropdown box. Then if the patient wants to change the location from Perth clinic to Subiaco clinic, he/she click at the Location to clear and click at the drop down again, the Subiaco clinic won't appear because the selected practitioner Rebecca Can Guo doesn't work in that clinic. This would get the patient confused and he/she may not know he/she needs to clear the selected Practitioner as well. Is there a way to get the practiotioner dropdown box reset automatically when the Location dropdown box above is cleared?

    Hello Zengfu,

Thank you very much for reaching out to us and for your patience.

Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/

We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more votes the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.

    Kind Regards,
