I am rebuilding all of the packages, categories and services because the site is not updating with recent changes to any of the aforementioned. Having now rebuilt them all, the old information is still pulling through. I have cleared the memcache and the dynamic cache as well as the CDN on my side. It would appear that the information is not actually being stored on my server. How in the world can I clear the old/deleted data so I can pull through the most recent information/package/service or otherwise.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I tested it out by changing the name of the service and the changes were visible on the front-end immediately.
Can you please test it out and let me know if it works from your end as well?
The reason why the form is not visible for non-logged-in users is not in Amelia, but instead in your security settings. They're either configured in a Security plugin (if you have any), or they're on your server's side.
The best option would be to reach out to your hosting provider, send them the link of the booking page and tell them exactly what you told us - you can see the page when you're logged in as an admin, but you can't see it from an incognito window (or when you're logged out). They should be able to lift the block, so admin-ajax calls are sent for non-logged-in users also.
