Did you set and enable new feature that Zoom requested server to server instead of JWT? 99% of settings you set in your Zoom settings and profile in Amelia youjust need to enter couple of that data that you copy from there so we can not know what the issue is. Please go through our documentation and redo the integration step by step and complete all the new settings that must be set in your Zoom settings.
