How can I valign an image in the table. Because now it seems the picture is valigned to the top while the text in the other columns are nicely valigned in the middle.

Can you try to add this CSS to the table's Customize/Custom CSS :
.wpDataTablesWrapper table.wpDataTable tr td img { vertical-align: middle !important; }If you want the same vertical alignment for all images in the plugin, you can add this to main plugin settings/Custom JS and CSS/Custom CSS.
