Clients have been letting us know that they can't book certain appointments when they should be able to. We have class slots of 1 hour limited to a max of 6 people per session. But it seems that some sessions get blocked after only 3 people booking, another ones at 4 and some even with just 1 person booked.
Here I send you screenshots of the problem. As you can see on screenshots number 1 and 2, only 3 people have booked for the 18th of September's session but when a client goes to book, the date of the 18th comes up as grey and blocked for booking.
Some sessions are not visible when clients go to try and book it, as you can see on screenshot number 3, there should be another session that day for 7:30am but it's not visible although only 4 people have booked it so far.
The rest of the screenshots are named accordingly, you can see our general settings, service settings, general working hours and employee working hour settings.
Not sure what the cause for this issue could be, I'd appreciate if you could help me with this.
We already had that option activated. You can see in the attached photo. The one we don't have activated is the one that says "Allow booking above maximum capacity". I've just activated this one to test but it's still not working.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
At the moment, there is no option for the customers to book appointments from the package from the customer panel on top of existing appointments. This can only be done on the back-end by the admin user.

All clients are booking appointments through packages, why can some of them book and some don't?
Any ideas on this? This is quite a serious problem if we can't provide our clients with this service and it's taking a long time to solve so it is affecting us more with the time passing. I'd like to find a solution. Basically, our clients need to be able to book a set amount of sessions (package of 20) that then they can book through their client panel without problems and with a limit of 6 clients per session.
I've been thinking about it and I still don't really understand your last message, if you could clarify that would be great. And if you know any other way of achieving this let me know but I'd appreciate the support on this.

I tested out the package booking on top of the existing appointment (28th of September at 10:30) and I was able to book an appointment as part of the package.
Can you please test it out from your end and let me know if it works or not?

For this purpose, I would suggest that you enable the "Allow booking below minimum capacity" on the Amelia/Settings/Appointments page.
