Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
Hello!
I' ve set Custom Pricing for 3 different kind of tickets and I also have set the limit for the event spots at 50 (Maximum allowed spots) no matter wich kind of ticket it is.
After updating the plugin to 6.6 version, there is a problem with event spots limit.
When trying to book I can not book more than one spot since when I press the "+" symbol then the field is locked.
Then I tried this:
I deactivated the Maximum allowed spots option, put the spot limit to each one of the different kind of tickets at 50 and I activated the Maximum allowed spots field again. Now I can reach till the number 50 at the booking process. But after reaching or typing the numer 50 then the field is locked and I can not change the number.
I am attaching a photo of the backend options to make the above workaround more understandable.
There are some Greek in the photo but I believe its not going to be a problem.
Thanks in advance!
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We have noted this issue with the 1.0 event booking forms and passed it to our developers to have it resolved.
Until then, I would suggest that you switch to the 2.0 event booking form by using the following shortcode:
[ameliaeventslistbooking]
Please let me know if that works for you or not.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hello again!
I just updated the plugin to version 6.7 and the issue is still there.
[ameliaeventslistbooking] is not an option at all because it's a list. I need the calendar. Any updates from the devs about the issue?
Hello,
This has still not been resolved, but it will be in the near future.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
