Hi there, I'm trying to figure out if the following is possible within Amelia:
After a customer books 2 services, they get emailed with a coupon code for a % off their next service (this can already be done with the Coupon Notification feature).
THEN, if they book 2 MORE services, they get notified again. The code can be the same as before, but I want their account to be "issued" another use of the coupon.
Basically, every 3rd lesson they book earns them a coupon use.
Is this possible?
Hello Nafsa,
thanks for reaching out to us.
There are several options for the automatic sending of coupons, so you will also see the tab called “Notifications”.
When you go to the Coupons tab, you will see two tabs. The second one "notifications" is the place where you can now set “Notification interval” and define after how many scheduled appointments, packages, or events the customer will receive the coupon code in the notification automatically. Also, you can enable the option “Recurring notification” if you want to send this code again in case the customer didn’t use the code for a discount.
Once you are done entering the coupon information, simply click on the “Save” button and the newly created coupon will appear together with other coupons in the list. Once you create a coupon, customers can enter the coupon code on the “Confirm Booking” modal to reduce the price of their appointment.
Please note:
I hope we cleared a bit, but please let us know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
