I would like to have stacking coupons for events only (not services):
If the customer orders 3 events they will receive a coupon code for 30% for events 4-6
If the customer orders 6 events they will receive a coupon code for 60% for events 6+
In my testing, I have set up the coupon codes for 30% and 60%, and set the notification intervals for 3 and 6. I have added all the coupon placeholders to the "Event Booked" notification email (%coupon_2%, %coupon_3%, %coupon_4%)
However, when booking is completed nothing is appearing in the emails.
I have also tested this with lower notification intervals for the coupons (1 & 2), however was only able to get placeholder text for the first coupon to show up - even when booking 2+ (expected behavior: %coupon_2% placeholder text should appear)
Is it possible to implement this? It would be ideal to also not have whitespace when the discount code is not being sent in the notification. Please let me know what the issues are here.
I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
We were not able to reproduce this scenario on our end. I will forward this case to the QA team for troubleshooting. I will report back as soon as i have feedback.
I just want to provide feedback regarding this issue. We were able to reproduce the steps you mentioned on the initial email, and we noticed that the coupon is not rendering in the email when events are booked, but it does work for appointments (services)
Our team created a bug for developers in order for this to be fixed in future versions. Unfortunately, i can't promise ETA at this moment, but be sure to follow our changelog regarding Amelia's updates.
Please, feel free to open a new ticket if you have any other questions regarding Amelia.
