Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hi,

I'm currently updating my website and my issue is the following one.

On my website, I'm using Amelia to book an appointment. I have 5 services that I deliver at 3 different localisations:

    - Online (= En téléconsultation in French on my website) ( Wednesday and Saturday morning)

    - At home  (Wednesday and Saturday morning)

    - At my office (Friday)

The problem is that a MAJ has been done since the last time and now I didn't find how to fix a special date for each services. If someone book a massage at my office for example, only Friday date must be available and not the Wednesday or Saturday

(I'm adding some screen shot below for you to have a better visualisation of the problem).

On the screen shot, you can see that for a "Bilan de vitalité (= the service), the localisation is online (= en téléconsultation), but the booking plugin offer to book on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. But this service is only available the Wednesday and the Satuday (see above).

I know that in the past I had done that for at home for example, as you can see on the screen, services at home are only available the Saturday. But since the MAJ, I'm lost and I didn't find how to do it again.

Hope you understand what I'm looking for

I would really appreciate your help

    Have a good day

    Regards,

    Théo

    Hello Théo,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The availability of the service is defined by employees' working hours, so you would need to edit those in order to achieve this.

When you go to Amelia/Employees, and select that employee, go to the Work Hours tab. In there create several working periods. For example:

    2856665082.png

My employee would work on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 08:00 - 10:30, on "Second" service from 10:30 - 15:30, and then again on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 15:30 - 24:00.

You'd be adding these periods by clicking on the blue + sign next to the name of the day, in the top right.

You can not set special day for each service everything is done in employee work hours. What you set there those settings will show on the booking form.

    Hope this explains it.

    Kind Regards,

    Marko Davidovic
