Hi, Im organizing a group session of 4 clients every 15 minutes, maximun capacity 4 minimun capacity 4 but when someone book one, it is locked, so just one person can book not 4.
Also I have to approved them after booking and I would like it to be direct.
When you offer group classes you need to enable the option "Allow booking below minimum capacity" in Amelia/settings/appointment settings. When this is enabled, multiple customers will be able to book the same time slot, without having to fill in the minimum capacity.
Now if you set the minimum to be 4 and 1, 2, 3 customer books they will get the pending status until 4 customer books, and then all for of them will get approved status automatically.
If you want to approve them automatically straight away you need to set that minimum capacity for that service is 1 and that automatic status for that service is approved in services-edit service-settings.

Ok I could find the solution to book below the capacity of the lesson, but How can I approve them automatically?

We will cover both cases just in case.
