We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi,
we would like to sell 4 hour or 1 business day or 2 business day courses. Can you tell me what would be the best way to set this up?
Currently no times show as available as our business hours are set to 9-6pm. If we make the time available for the full 24 hours, customers will then be able to book us at night which doesnt work for us.
Can you please suggest a workaround?
Also, is there a way to send customers directly to checkout instead of cart?

Thank you for clearing that up.
At the moment, there is a limit for appointments in Amelia to 24 hours. No bookings will be shown on the front end if the working period of the employee is shorter than the duration of the service.
To send customers directly to the checkout instead of the cart page, you need to configure the following option on the Amelia/Settings/Payments page.
Please let me know if it works or not.
