This should only happen with packages. If you are using packages then this option can be turned off. Customers can choose a different employee for each appointment. There is no option to limit the customers so that they can not choose employees within packages.

Again: 2-3 employees are assigned to the same service. The user selects the service and then the booking popup once again offers the option to choose from multiple employees. See image. Please explain how I prevent this?
p.s.: my main feature suggestion - which I think every single one of your users would like to have, is the ability to have live support, or even pay for a 1:1 session with someone from Amelia who can help them with the initial setup. This would probably save at least 50 tickets per user = saving your team hundreds of tickets per month. It would also be great if you had a list of freelancer programmer who have setup Amelia in the past and know how...this would also save you hundreds of tickets...

Please check if you can see the booking form from the incognito window in case that you do not and you can see it only when you are logged in as admin then the reason why the form is not visible for non-logged-in users is not in Amelia, but instead in your security settings. They're either configured in a Security plugin (if you have any), or they're on your server's side.
The best option would be to reach out to your hosting provider, send them the link of the booking page and tell them exactly what you told us - you can see the page when you're logged in as an admin, but you can't see it from an incognito window (or when you're logged out). They should be able to lift the block, so admin-ajax calls are sent for non-logged-in users also.
As for your ticket, we are working on a ticket in the order in which they arrive. As soon as your tickets pop up may colleagues will respond to it.

2. You need to place different shortcodes so that in that section Amelia shows only services for a chosen employee. You can use this shortcode for example

There is no much that we can send, you have added this placeholder to show the complete booking form each emplyoee on your page

You just need to edit that page and change the shortcode that you placed there form this [ameliastepbooking] to this [ameliastepbooking employee=1] (just make sure that you place the correct number od emplyoee there) and then purge the cache and that is it. You have done it already just change the code that you already have and then you will show on services for that employee.
