Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
Hi,
On the event book form, last step confirmation data of the event, the time is not correct, but on the event configuration is ok.
It seems the event shows 2 hours after, maybe is related with UTC time, but we can not find where we should change this.
Can you help me with this?
Thank you,
Robert

Ok, thank!
Is there an option to hide this end info in the proccess?
It is a bit confuse for the customers when they book the event.
Hello Robert,
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. We can try and hide this perhaps via CSS. Can you send us the URL of the page where events are and a coupon for any event that needs to be purchased so that we can see if we can achieve this.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic

I did via CSS
.am-congrats__info-item__label{display: none;}
.am-congrats__info-item__value{display: none;}
.am-congrats__info > div:nth-child(1){display:none;}
i'm not sure if it is the best way.
Looking forward to see if it is fixed.
I realize that in other installations before 6.6 is not happening.
Can it be? even if they are upgraded to 6.6 from a later one.
Hello Robert,
We are glad to hear that you managed to hide this and once again we do apologize for the inconvenience. We do not advise using the older version of the plugin but is you wish we can send this to you.
Looking forward to your reply.
