There is the ability to add appointments on the backend that greatly helps sorting matters that are out of the ordinary (eg. someone wanting to come in 30mins but the booking period is 24 hours notice).
A major issue I have noticed is there is little flexibility to: 1. Make a package purchase booking (you can only select a single service from the backend) - but the customer wants a pack. 2. You also have no way of adding additional booking dates for a pack purchased. - so even if a customer buys a 5 pack and books 1 date, from the backend, i do not see the ability to book the other dates for that pack
Hi,
There is the ability to add appointments on the backend that greatly helps sorting matters that are out of the ordinary (eg. someone wanting to come in 30mins but the booking period is 24 hours notice).
A major issue I have noticed is there is little flexibility to:
1. Make a package purchase booking (you can only select a single service from the backend) - but the customer wants a pack.

Hello Robert,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please check the following video on how to book a package from the back end.
Let me know if it works or not.
Kind Regards,
