Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
Hello,
I managed to connect with google calendar following you tutorial, however it's been already twice that the link between google and amelia gets disconnected.
I realised that twice because we've got doubles in our booking list, which is annoying.
Once it's disconnected, In my employee settings, I cannot see the google calendar credentials and when I want to add them, I get an error. So I go in phpmyadmin as per your tutorial and I remove the 2 lines in the amelia_providers_to_outlook_calendar table. I noticed that there is 2 lines including one that has a null in the token section.
Once I remove those lines, I'm able to add my credentials again and my google calendar connection is back and working.
I've tried to put my goggle API in test mode with a direct user in order to see if this was because of a rejection of the google credentials. I will be monitoring the next days. However, as per your tutorial my API was live and running without having to validating it.
It happens (amelia get disconnected to google calendar) once a week and I don't know if that happens at the same time and day.
If you have any clue, i would appreciate your help.
Thank you,
Joris
Hello joris,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
That is really strange to be honest. Please monitor it the next few days and if this happens again please send us any screenshot of any error if you see it in Amelia. So that we can try and understand why this is happening to you.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic
