Few questions:
Can I create a Zoom recurring event in Amelia?
Can I create multidate events in Amelia both in person and via Zoom?
Hello Anna,
thanks for reaching out to us.
Please, find the answers below
Can I create a Zoom recurring event in Amelia?
If you initially make a Zoom integration, then in the Event settings, you need to select the Zoom user, and then for every event the new Zoom link will be created.
You can find more information regarding the Zoom integration on this link - Amelia Zoom Integration
Can I create multidate events in Amelia both in person and via Zoom?
Unfortunately, there is no option to create multidate events to choose which one will be held in person, which one via Zoom. You would need to create separate events, where one is going to include a Zoom link and the other one will be in person.
If you have any other questions, please let us know.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Ok, so I can create a recurring Zoom event. Is setting up the same Zoom link for all recurring events possible?
Hello Anna,
When setting up recurring events, Zoom will create a separate link for each event, since those events are recurring and they are not the same events that last for a couple of days, month and etc.
I recommend checking out this article where the difference between recurring vs. multi-day event is explained Recurring VS multi-day events
Please, let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Can I create a Custom Zoom link instead of an autogenerated one?
Hello Anna,
Unfortunately, that is not possible. The link is always autogenerated.
If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
