Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

Hi there,
I would like to know how i can add an external file for annotations. I would like to make the 0-line in my charts a bit thicker than all the other lines, but i could not find any option for this in the plugin settings. So i think i have to manage this by adding some annotations to the charts, but i can not found the file where i should to this. For this reason, and also for usability, i wanted to place the annotations in my custom JS file, which is already loaded into my page. But the code hereafter does not do the trick...
jQuery(window).on('load',function(){
if( typeof wpDataChartsCallbacks == 'undefined' ){ wpDataChartsCallbacks = {}; }
wpDataChartsCallbacks[23] = function(obj){
var options = {
annotations: {
yaxis: [
{
y: 0,
borderColor: '#ff0000'
}
]
}
}
}
});
Any thoughts on this?
Thanks you in advance!
Hi Carry,
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

Sorry to disappoint you,
we did our best to search through all our available working examples,
and unfortunately, we don't have any example to show you for something similar to this specific use-case.
We also don't have any built-in solution to achieve this at this time,
but you can suggest it to our developers - they will do their best to make a solution in the future.
Please feel free to search on our suggestions page,
to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like ( it is also available in the plugin dashboard), where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
If you have coding skills and wish to try to make a custom solution now,
you can check our documentation about wpDataCharts callbacks.
Here you can find one custom example for each Chart Engine made by our developers,
and then you would need to modify it in order to change the chart option you need.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
